Condensing Unit
In a modern cold storage facility, the machinery plant—often referred to as the condensing unit—is the "heart" of the entire refrigeration system. These plants are designed to remove heat from the storage area and maintain the precise temperatures required for commodities like red chilies, groundnuts, and tamarind.
Commercial Lift
In a multi-floor cold storage facility, the lift (or goods elevator) is the mechanical spine that enables vertical logistics. Because these lifts operate in sub-zero or chilled environments, they are engineered differently than standard passenger elevators to handle extreme temperatures, high humidity, and heavy agricultural loads like 50kg chili bags or tamarind blocks.
